Bat Control

Serving Customers Like Family Since 1989
There are about 2 million bats in Wisconsin. They live mostly in caves around the state. But sometimes they decide to move into houses and live there instead. Along with just being a scary-looking animal, bats are known to carry some rare diseases. There fecal matter can also carry harmful bacteria. It is very important to get any bat infestation problem solved as quickly as possible.

Here’s what we do:

We have over 30 years experience dealing with these pesky creatures in over 4000 houses, churches, and commercial buildings. You can rest assured we have the knowledge and experience to solve your bat problem.

Bat ID/Inspection

Have you seen one or more bats inside your house? No need for us to come and inspect. You likely have an infestation and should get the problem solved ASAP. Because of our extensive experience, we can almost always give you a price quote over the phone.

Do you have strange shuffling, screeching and/or scratching sounds coming from your walls or ceilings? If you can email a video with the sound, we can almost always identify whether it is bats.

Sometimes, we may need to do an on-site inspection to determine whether you have bats living in your house. We also may need to inspect for pricing if you have certain types of construction, or if the building is very large. We want to make sure we get it right so there are no surprises.

Bat Exclusion

The process is simple, but not easy. First, we find the openings Bats are using to enter the building and install a custom made One-Way Exit, which we call an Exclusion Device. This lets the bats get out at night when they become active, and keeps them from coming back in that opening.

Second, we go around the entire house top to bottom looking for any other openings that bats could enter and we seal them up. We have never seen bats enter below 4 ft from the ground, almost always above 6 ft.

Prevention

When your Bat Exclusion’s 2 year warranty expires, we come back once a year, for an additional charge, to inspect and seal new gaps to keep bats from moving in again. By doing this, we can extend your warranty for as many years as you choose.

Warranty

We add a 2 year warranty to all of our Bat Exclusions, with some vary rare exceptions. If we don’t get it right the first time, we come back as many times as it takes to solve the problem at no additional charge. Storm damage, new construction, and wildlife damage are not covered and may be an additional charge.
