GENERAL INFORMATION
The damage that can be caused by nuisance wildlife finding or chewing their way into or burrowing under a home can be very serious. It is estimated that up to 20% of home fires are caused by rodents such as squirrels chewing on electrical wiring. A woodchuck (ground hog) that dies under the front stoop of a home will quickly generate an unbearable odor, along with an insect infestation of flesh eating insects such as, bottle flies, hide or larder beetles. Parastic pests such as fleas and mites may also infest the home. Who would argue that a skunk, with its notorious odor, which has burrowed under a structure needs to be removed. Because some wildlife may be rabid, they should not be allowed to remain near or in your home where they may bite or injure you, children, or pets We will live trap most nuisance wildlife, and relocate them to a distant and more suitable area. Some times it is necessary or required that a wild animal be euthanized.

COST
Wildlife traps must be monitored daily until the animal and all its family have been traped. Once we are certain that no animals are in the structure we generally seal the existing and possible entry points. The cost of the initial trap set-up and sealing averages $150.00 to $250.00 plus $40.00 to $85.00 for each animal traped. Additional charges may apply for distance or degree of difficulty.
