Five Stars & Pest-Free
Thomas returned today to remove 3 bat exclusion devices and install three ridge guards. Haven’t had any sign of bats since exclusion devices were installed 4 weeks ago. Once again, Thomas arrived early (good thing), was very polite and professional, and did a great job with the installation. We have a 12/10 pitch so not an easy task by any means. We couldn’t be happier with the exceptional support received by Prompt Action, and the outstanding service provided by Thomas.
What a pleasure it was to meet Jared. Here's what I loved: I knew exactly when he was coming and he was here within that window of time, he introduced himself and shook my hand (most services do not do this), he was smiling!, he explained what he was going to do and told me everything he did when he was done, and he offered a quote on another building on our farm also which was so kind. We have been so happy with Prompt Action. Since using their service, we have not had 1 bat in our house. Thank you for your kind technicians always and your expert advice and service.

Dylan methodically went through one of the buildings to see how mice were getting in and stuffed steel wool in a couple of spots. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We are going to use him for another property we own.

Definitely 5 star service, explains everything, inspected the house, took his time, listened, took care of our little barn immediately and those beatles now have an eviction notice. Highly recommend this service
